Where does my orders ship from?

- Right here in the US!

How long does shipping normally take?

- Shipping can take up to 3-5 business days

Do you process refund/exchanges?

- Yes we do! Check out our Refund & Exchange Policy page for more info.

Where is my tracking number?

- Tracking numbers are issued with 1-2 days after orders are processed. Be on the lookout for emails, and make sure to check all spam folders!

How do I change the shipping address/cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you need to change the shipping address and/or cancel your order. NOTE: some orders are processed and shipped immediately after orders are placed and may not be available for any update and/or changes.

 How do I use my promo code?

Okay! Period, save them coins honey! To use your promo code begin the checkout process. There will be a box to enter your code, just click "apply" and insert your the code.  Promo codes cannot be used more than once.

How do I opt-out of emails?

Why would you want to? Our customers receive all kinds of promo codes, special gifts and offers, and updates on our newest product releases. But if you want to miss out on all the juicy exclusives, just click the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the email.
